Returning a jewellery piece couldn't be easier.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchases, but if you need to send them back for any reason, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. This includes all pieces, also those purchased in the sale or with a promotion code.

Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home completely risk-free. Please make sure your pieces are returned in new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of the items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. We will process your refund within three days of receipt. Your credit card company may take up to seven working days to credit your account.

A return item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. It is advised that you return your item using Royal Mail signed-for services or a courier service, since we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. 

We offer free of charge exchanges if you require a different ring size, changed your mind, or prefer a different gift.
