Exchange & Returns

 

Returning a piece couldn't be easier.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchases, but if you need to send them back for any reason, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

This includes all pieces, also those purchased in the sale. Please make sure your pieces are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.

Please e-mail andrea@neoladesign.com to notify us of your intention to return the item quoting your invoice number. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase, name and address.

Upon receipt of the items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within three days of receipt. Your credit card company may take up to seven working days to credit your account.

A return item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. It is advised that you return your item via Special Delivery or Courier serve since we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. 

Please ensure that you write clearly on the courier paperwork that the item is being returned, and send to:

RETURNING FAULTY GOODS

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of three months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected to verify if the damage is a result of the making of the jewellery and that proper care has been taken.

Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with a guarantee.
