HOW IT ALL STARTED

Following a successful career in strategy consulting Andrea set up Neola in 2013. Her work took her to many different places around the world. During a trip to Bali she sketched a ring and had it made by a local craftsman. Back in London the ring didn’t go unnoticed and was the beginning of Neola. This ring is our iconic Pietra cocktail ring and will always have a special place in our hearts.

ORIGINAL DESIGNS

Andrea’s original designs are a reflection of her appreciation for all things beautiful. Our designs have a strong sculptural dimension and are influenced by architectural shapes and different artforms. Cultural influences are fused into the designs and give them a powerful visual aesthetic.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

All our pieces are handmade by talented jewellers. We only work with precious metals and high-grade gemstones and natural freshwater pearls. All our collections are made in small quantities as limited editions.

SUSTAINABILITY

We know how our materials are sourced and processed, and the working conditions that they were made in, and strive for the highest standards. All our pieces are made in accordance with the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJA) and are Code of Practice certified. They are made by a family-run business, which is a member of United Nation Global Compact and is ISO 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certified.

AFFORDABILITY

We’re committed to fair pricing without the traditional industry mark-ups. We do things differently and make quality craftsmanship accessible, by removing the middlemen and selling directly to you. We are a small team without any outside shareholders, which makes us nimble and independent. We don’t have any stores or flash head-office, and we work in a close and exclusive partnership with our supplier. This allows us to keep our costs down and pass on the savings to you.
