Every hand-crafted Neola Design piece comes with an extended 3 month warranty, which is above the legal requirement of 1 month warranty. Damage to the material or the workmanship are covered in this time and we're committed to repairing or replacing these quickly and at no cost. We work with an excellent manufacturer to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products hence the extended coverage. The warranty does not cover scratches that come with normal wear and tear, a bent ring or broken chain, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Neola Design.
The decision as to whether we repair or whether we replace the damaged item will be at our absolute discretion. You will be charged for the cost of any repairs to an item that have been in your possession longer than 3 months from the date of purchase. Please note, this guarantee does not apply to items of Neola Design jewellery that have been purchased anywhere other than through the Site.
If there is evidence that the damage to your item was caused as a result of your actions or neglect, we would be happy to repair the item for you, however you will have to pay for the cost of repair.
Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces. We would advise you to contact your home, contents or travel insurance company to make a claim with them directly.
If an item you have ordered requires repair please email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name (as placed on your order), the invoice number and the date of purchase in your email. We will inform you of any costs that you will be expected to pay for the repair. You will need to cover the postage costs.
In the rare occasion that you receive your order and an item is damaged, please email email@example.com on receipt before returning the item. We will replace it at no additional charge or alternatively we will offer you a full refund for the cost of that item.
